TATE MUSIC & REPAIR STORE POLICIES: All sales are final. NO Refunds. EXCHANGE POLICY: Non-reed merchandise is accepted for exchange within 15 days of purchase. All items eligible for exchange must be returned in the same condition as when purchased: unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging. Reeds are not eligible for exchange due to the nature of the product. SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Shipping is not available. We provide in-store pick up or in-store pickup/school delivery only. We only provide delivery to schools that we service. Our school list is provided on the home page. For school delivery, please fill in the required fields in the shopping cart, and we will deliver the items to your student's school during our regular scheduled weekly visit.
